Course: Massage

A story that began a long time ago. More than 1,500 BC. This new technique came to Brazil from Tibet, brought by Ala Szerman, a Siberian massage therapist who dedicated herself to body and facial therapies for many years. Nowadays, there are many different techniques to choose from. Thermal therapy in winter is one of the most sought-after and desired therapies by all massage lovers. A true ritual! The awareness of a job well done gives satisfaction to both the recipient and the giver. Knowledge combined with daily practice makes the professional capable of performing therapies with greater commitment. The set of maneuvers is necessary depending on the client. Hot stone massage can be done with different types of stones. We will use quartz crystal stones and volcanic stones, as well as other natural stones collected from different places. The use of vegetable oils facilitates the sliding of the stones. This contact stimulates relaxation, in addition to having an analgesic effect. Some people work their chakras with the stones and others prefer to just treat their sore muscles. But one thing is guaranteed: relaxation! Based on stress prevention and improving health and well-being, we will introduce some of the acupuncture meridians to the masseur so that he or she knows where to slide and in which direction to do so. This is very important for the therapy to have a satisfactory effect. Kneading and sliding techniques are basic maneuvers that are also part of the course.
